Question:

ELNA 6005 Tension not correct

When I sew with my ELNA 6005 Heirloom Edition the stitch is OK on the top and loose below. I have set tensions, removed fluff, reset the computer, checked al the cottons tc and nothig wporks. I wonder if the tension has broken. Can anyone help?
