Are the experimental law variations being used in youth rugby levels?

Yes, a worldwide trial is going on the ELV's throughout all age groups at the beginning of the next season. Though the RFU are refusing to trial the law where collapsing a maul is legal for the underage teams.

Like Risteard said above, but there are a few othere variations as well.
