As of now we dont know its only a theory however  heres a article about a light they just located and they are saying the light is from the pass and is suspended in time and space read this article its interesting and if the light is suspended in time and space in other words it has no time nor excist in no space than this would make his theory true heres the article

You cannot travel at c.  You cannot see the future.  You can, however, slow down the rate at which time passes for you by accelerating yourself to a significant fraction of c.

Quit using youtube for your science education. People will only laugh at you.  Every observational test of Einstein's theories have verified them.  Don't worry too much about travelling at near C speeds.  We can't do it, it would require more fuel than we could ever pay for, and such speeds are suicide for particle impact reasons.  And no you couldn't see the future.  The future hasn't happened.  And if you drive to Boston, then come back, your loved ones will have aged pretty much exactly the amount of time you have been gone.  Isn't that amazing?
