EMERGENCY! what do i use besides a PASSPORT TO ENTER THAILAND?!!! im a permanent resident?

i have not received my (AMERICAN)citizenship yet so i cannot get a passport, what do i use to enter thailand?? someone told me use a visa, but thailand does not require visas (do they?).

i cannot use my former country's passport, because as of right now i have no citizenship (i was born in hong kong & no im not chinese! havent been back in 18 years, just filed for my american citizenship but its going to take a long time). any suggestions??? or solid information?!

  1. When you enter Thailand you get a 30 day tourist visa attached to your passport. If you haven't got the correct documents the airline won't allow you to travel.


  2. you will not be able to board a plane with out a passport

    if your current passport is valid you can use it

  3. You will not get into Thailand without a valid passport. And you will not even get on a plane to Thailand without a passport. Visas are only issued on presentation of a passport.
