If you don't have a pulse, your dead.  So if your in a coma, you obviously are alive and obviously have a pulse.  The heart hasn't quit beating just cuz the brain is sleeping.

umm YES! lol if you didn't you would be dead! You will always have one unless your dead, you might not always feel it because it might be so weak but as long as your alive you have a pulse and as long as you have a pulse your alive.
