Thats mostly how it works. get poofy layers on top of your head and then do the rest like hip length long. But seriously, do you really want an emo cut? their soooo tacky,

Why? think about it you'll look like everyone did last year... You are SO out of whats now. and plus its ugly, and you ruin your air forever, trust me it took me 1 and haalf year to grow out my top layer, and when it was in the middle of my head it looked like c**p. trust me donnt change just to look like everyone else, but really this style is SO last year just like the uggg boots were in 3 years ago...you'll look stupid and dont put yourself in a g*y section, "emo" ;]
