EMT Driver License Class?

I just want to know if I need another class of drivers license besides the regular (A) class, to drive as a EMT -1 basic in California. Also I need to conduct a DL history check. What link can you give me to do this online that is safe?

  1. There is a course you will need to take, called EVOC - stands for Emergency Vehicle Operation Course.

    can't provide you web link, sorry, but check DMV, usually (most states) you can request a check.
