EMT and then pilot training?

Ok trusty people of the internet. Does anyone know if training and becoming an EMT will help my career development as a commercial pilot.

It won't. One of my employers got us CPR and  AED qualified. It was squeezed in with the rest of our training. The instructors were from outside the company and were EMT's. You'd be better off getting an A&P if you feel the need to get some other credential.

Well it depends. If you want to become an air-rescue pilot, it might help, but there is no substitute for experience and hours on the job in both fields really.
