  1. fruits give you natural energy

try an acai berry shake in the morning instead of coffee. it's absolutey wonderful for you and has the most antioxidents than any other fruit. you can get the actual root and berry to make shakes from yourself at a wholefoods store. or you can go to your local juice place and most of them carry acai now. however some add guarna to theirs which is in most energy drinks so be wary of that.

drinking tons of water always adds a helping hand for me as well

  2. Sleep.

  3. studypil

    go to studypil.com

its all natural and a great way to get energy

    highly reccomend it

  4. Actually, making sure your eating habits are healthy and you are eating every 3 hours or so will help, as will drink 4 to 6 glasses of water per day.

Getting 8 hour of sleep per night will also help.

  5. Good sleep hygeine is your best friend, and you need to remember to drink lots of water throughout your day.

A very little bit of strenuous cardiovascular exercise before sleep is also really good: the endorphins and other hormones released while having a brief hard run - a quarter mile is *plenty* - if you have the time for it before bed (or having a couple of reallly active orgasms before sleeping if you don't) are excellent not only to help in inducing restful sleep but also for helping you sleep deeper and wake better rested.

Things that might actually increase your energy during the day are tougher to suggest: I don't know how you feel or why, could have something to do with blood sugar, with hormones, with anemia, with depression... all sorts of things can make you feel tired and faded even if you're well rested.

Plenty of sleep and some good pre-sleep exercise though (just a couple of minutes of good hard cardio work - don't overdo it!) are great things in general and ought to be part of *everyone's* sleep life.  :-)
