ENGLAND vs. NEWZEALAND?

Are most English people watching this series? I'd like to bet that more people in Pakistan and India are watching this series than in England, even if its not their countries that are involved. I live in America and I am a Pakistani. I am looking forward to the Odi series of these two nations and am supporting England all the way. The Twenty Twenty match will be good too, when is it by the way????

Would most people know about Cricket if I went up to random people and asked them questions about it, I wouldnt know if they would because, as I said, I live in the U.S.

i live in England.

England invented cricket, so it should be popular, although English cricket team fans are behind football team and rugby team.- these other 2 sports were also invented by England.

England are good at inventing sports but find hard to keep up with other teams.

Football, Rugby and Cricket was invented here in England,+

but only won 1 Football world cup and 1 rugby world cup.

I'am suprised that they are behind their own invented sports.

Australia has won the Cricket World Cup most times of 4: as you should know.

Brazil won the Football World Cup most times of 5. one more than Australia

And Australia has also won the rugby World cup most times of 2.

England need to develop in their own invented sports- thats for sure.

english people probaly understand the game of cricket the best out of all the countries.

A lot of the subcotinent fans, like indian fans from india, dont have a clue about cricket, they only understand winning, and if india dont win, they hold riots and burn efigess on the street

And when india win, they go belistic.

Some of them are so thick, they think some one like dhoni is better than sachin,lol.

Anyway cricket is the second biggest sport in england, and is the biggest sport in summer. The 20-20 match is tommorow

My thoughts on the England/NZ match is that if the NZ team played Fulton and Gillespie instead of Martin and Marshall the games would have come down to the wire.

NZ are a far better ODI side than they are a test team.

Test cricket is very popular in the UK,more than anywhere else.All ODIs are always sold out and twenty/20 is a sellout.India,pakistan,south africa have very poor attendence for test matches.The USA is in division 5 of the ICC world league.

I always pictured Cricket was for Rich White Folks...

but then i remember that the British brought it to India when they conquered it and Pakistan.
