EPL News: Carlos Tevez has every intention of leaving Man City
Carlos Tevez is a player which any manager would like to have in his team and his tenure in the English football has been full of excitement and great achievements. His season at West Ham United cost the club around $20m but Tevez proved
to be worth every single penny paid to him. However, his position in the English football world got strong as soon as he was signed by the league toppers manager Sir Alex Ferguson. Winning the League titles and the Champions League at Old Trafford after playing
for two seasons, Tevez definitely got attention of other managers because of his roving nature.
Carlos Tevez has the honour of working with different top clubs and along with that he has several achievements under his belt. Even before coming to English Premier League teams, Tevez played for Corinthians during 2005.  He was signed
for 18 months for $ 15m. He participated in around a 100 games but the real question was about his attitude which emitted an aura of unprofessionalism. He was eager to find a fault with his first club and a reason to exit for the second club.
Carlos Tevez has been furious with some club executives at Eastlands hence his journey with Manchester City seems to come to an end. Tevez does not have problems with the manager and the club owner but with the executives likes of City
Chairman Garry Cook and football administrator Brian Marwood. He has been offered bonuses of worth $3m for staying at this season, but Tevez rejected the money. Tevez said: “I hugely resent the management’s suggestions that I have been unduly influenced by
others. It was my decision and mine alone.”
Carlo Tevez this time looks really serious about his departure from Citizens with another saga to be written in his name. Many managers in the past have been rendered powerless when one of their players decides to abandon a club and it
seems like an analogous chronicle will be written yet again. Similar to Manchester United’s failure in holding back Christiano Ronaldo, Man City is facing much bigger issues to hold back their current captain who has given them hopes and a good position in
the league. However, Tevez said, “My relationship with certain executives and individuals at the club has broken down and is now beyond repair. I do not wish to expand on this at this stage. They know, because I have told them.”
