EPL News: Carlos Tevez will start for Manchester City as they bid to go top of the table
The Italian boss of Manchester City has confirmed that his want-away skipper, Carlos Tevez will start the match against Everton at Stadium of Manchester.
Carlos Tevez, who was signed from Manchester United two seasons ago and is under contract till 2014 had a transfer request rejected by the club’s hierarchy this week.
The talismanic skipper of Manchester City went public and mentioned an irreversible breakdown in his relationship with certain executives at the club. He stated that this had led him to his transfer request when he reiterated his desire to leave Manchester.
However there was more to the story as Carlos Tevez has publically spoken about his desire to be with his family, which suggests his days at Eastlands are numbered.

On the other hand, Manchester City has denied Carlos Tevez transfer request. It has also been reported that Carlos Tevez has been part of normal training practices as Roberto Mancini confirmed that Tevez intends to play on Super Monday.
Manchester City played their last match against Juventus which was an Europa Cup tie. Although, Carlos Tevez did not make the trip to Italy but Manchester City manager confirmed that talks were forthcoming and insisted that the Argentinean marksman is still
in the frame to play on Monday night.
