EPL News: Liverpool among 5 clubs eyeing to sign Barcelona forward Nolito
It seems like the money has finally kicked in from the New England Sports Ventures, as the company which also owns Red Sox has allotted some funds for Liverpool to buy new players.
This means that Liverpool can at last name out players like the big boys in the league before the start of a transfer window. Their most recent spotting is from the Spanish giants Barcelona and the gem that they want is the
forward Nolito.
Reports have it that men at Anfield are interested in acquiring him to increase their offensive abilities. At the moment, the world class Spanish striker Fernando Torres is heading the Kop attack and that clearly is not enough.
According to reports, the Reds are not the only club vying to sign the Catalan player. The player currently plays for Barcelona’s B team. It has been concluded that there are 5 other clubs that are willing to sign the young
player.
The clubs include Fiorentina, Monaco, Benfica, Panathinaikos and Spartak Moscow. This is because the 24-year-old has produced outstanding results in the previous season and has continued his form in this season.
