EPL News: Liverpool looking to bring in Brazilian magician,
Ronaldinho
Ronaldinho, who just so happens to be the former World Player of the Year, has managed to fallen from his lustrous grace lately. The player has been performing so poorly in fact that the AC Milan head coached has issued him an ultimatum or two games to prove
his worth, or else he would be allowed to leave the team for free.
However what is ironic is the fact that the player, who was part of the Brazilian team that went on to win the World Cup in 2002, was dropped from the international team, but now that he has managed to re-earn a call up to the national side, he is on the
brink of being dropped by AC Milan.
The play maker was part of Brazil’s squad that faced Argentina recently, but managed to lose that match thanks to a brilliant Lionel Messi goal. However what was the most notable fact about that game was the fact that at moments it seemed like the player
still had the magic in his feet and it was just begging to be unleashed.
With the player wanting to play more and more before he retires and him running out of opportunities at the San Siro, a shocking transfer rumour has started to spread its way around the footballing world.
Liverpool who just so happen to be having one of the worst starts to their Premier League season are currently in desperate need of a player who can go on and split apart defences with ease and with the news that Ronaldinho has been given an opportunity
by the summer entered manager of Reds, Roy Hodgson for the Brazilian legend to prove his status at Anfield.
Liverpool have never had a former world player of the year play for them and now it seems like a player who has lifted the trophy on two occasions in the past could just be the key to the team getting back to their winning ways.
Hodgson is currently looking to bring in the player as early as January to try and help provide Steven Gerrard with some support in the centre of the pitch.
