Manchester City board has revealed the latest in the developments of the Carlos Tevez saga. The latest reports from Eastlands have stated that if the Argentinean striker Carlos Tevez decides to end his career by retiring then the
club will be suing the player for around 50 million pounds.
One might begin to wonder that Tevez handed in a letter transfer so how does the retiring dilemma come in between. Well it so happens that if Manchester City decide not to accept Tevez’s transfer request then the player might retire
altogether from football.
Maybe later he would re-evaluate his decision and land running on the pitch again but for that to happen the player will have to undergo some assessment of UEFA and FIFA rules and regulations.
However, there is another possibility too and that is of the player retiring from football altogether, only this time his decision would be definite. Earlier in the season Tevez did gave Manchester City a scare when he stated that
he might be retiring from football as he was tired from the life of a footballer and a celebrity.
It has long been assumed that Tevez is home sick therefore the player has lagged in featuring matches as he was sent off in a vacation back home with an excuse of injury.
In the transfer request that the 26-year-old striker formally presented to the club, he informed that the reason behind this was an unworkable environment he had with officials from the club.
It has been reported that the request said, “Relationship with certain executives and individuals at the club has broken down and is now beyond repair.”

Now a chronicle in all similarity to Rooney and Ferguson is about to be unveiled. Officials from Manchester City have blamed that the reason behind all these troubles of Tevez is the involvement of his agent Kia Joorabchian. With all fingers being pointed in
direction of the agent, it seems like the matter might be swimming in a calmer sea, for now.

Sources have also informed that 50 million pounds is the amount the former Boca Juniors player will lose as the club will have to bear the loss over his three and a half years of contract.

Now it seems that Tevez will refrain from hanging up his boots and instead make his decision by the end of this season.
