EPL news: Injury rules Park Ji-Sung out for four more weeks
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has confirmed that Park Ji-Sung has suffered a hamstring injury during training and has been ruled out for four more weeks.
The 29-year-old South Korean midfielder has recently announced his retirement from international football after helping his national team finish third in the Asia Cup.
Park Ji-Sung, who has been one of the vital members of the Manchester United squad in the on-going 2010-11 season, recently returned to Old Trafford and now he has been ruled out for one more month.
Sir Alex confirmed, “It was very unfortunate because it was his last kick of the ball in training as well. We were really looking forward to having him back after being away for a month at the Asian Cup. He'll be out for up to a month, which is a blow to
us.”
