EPassporte withdraw back to checking account?

Question

I just loaded $60 into Epassporte directly from my checking account. Now that you i can no longer load it into FullTilt, i want to withdraw this money back out of EPassporte but when i log into Epassporte, it only gives me the option to load more money. I clicked on all tabs and headers. I then called them and they said thier computer wasnt working at the moment, so they couldnt help me. Can someone familiar with Epassporte help me out here? You do not need their $35 visa in order to load directly back to your account according to their FAQ. The FAQ states to just click on the withdraw tab, but there isnt one. Please help. I want my $60 back.

Click on "My Account" and then from the links on the left select "Withdraw" and then you should see your withrawal options there.

They might be reeling from the max exodus from their service and they were not prepared for the huge amount of withdrawals.  Another option is for you to use the Virtual Visa number that they automatically issued to you.  You will find this number in the message center and click the first message "Important account information"  This will have a grey colored lock on the left side indicating that you cannot delete it.  Keep bugging them...good luck.

  It sounds like your deposits have not been verified as of yet.  Until this happens you will not have a Virtual Visa number or the option to withdrawal.  You will have these options after April 24th.
