EQUESTRIAN property in FRANCE : valuation needed?

Question

I need to find an equestrian estate agent in France to value our equestrian centre for sale.

The property is in the Auvergne and includes a 4 bedroom stone longhouse with 2 bedroom gite apartment and barn for conversion plus 18+ acres, boxes for 17+ horses and manege.

So we need an agent who specialises in horse property / ferme equestre / centre equestre in central France.

all I can think of is to contact several  estate agencies and ask there to find someone who is specialised in the evaluation you need !

However, I'm not so sure that you need someone special for that and any  'agence immobilière' should do the estimation with no difficulty !
