ERROR: code 28 -- Windows XP & USB 2.0

Question

I'm unable to connect my digital camera to my Windows XP computer via the USB port. When I check the USB 2.0 Controller in the Device Manager, there is a yellow exclamation mark (!) next to it. When I check on the status of the USB 2.0 Controller, the following message appears:The drivers for this device are not installed (code 28).What do I do now?
