ESP is off in 08' Mercedes-Benz C350?

Question

My mom noticed that her C350's ESP (Electronic Stability Program), is shut off. We don't no what the problem is and we can't turn ESP back on. Help please?

Here's a crazy idea...Take it to the dealership...

The default setting is that it should be ON.  Turn the car off and turn it back on.

If that doesn't work, take it back to the dealer.  An '08 will still be under warranty.
