ESPNcricinfo IPL Fantasy League Guide: Rajasthan Royals vs. Hyderabad Sunrisers
Dripping with thrilling action and breath-taking climaxes, the latest season of Indian Premier League (IPL) will continue today, i.e. Saturday, April 27, with the encounter between cool-as-cucumber Rajasthan Royals and shockers Hyderabad Sunrisers at the
Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
The men in blue have shown a lot of spirit throughout the tournament so far. It has not exactly been just one or two players who have been forced to carry the burden of the entire team. Instead, everyone has chipped in to get the team home. This, however,
has changed with the fitness and therefore inclusion of Shane Watson in the playing 11, as he has pretty much carried the team on his shoulders, to victory as well as defeat.
Hyderabad Sunrisers, on the other hand, have heavily relied on the hitting power of Thisara Perera, the pace of Dale Steyn and the leg-break of Amit Mishra for their victories. The games in which one or two of the three have failed to deliver have been the
games that the team has lost. There have been a lot of changes in the team to find a well-balanced combination. Nobody seems to be in the mood to spend too much time on the crease for the Hyderabad Sunrisers. Shikhar Dhawan’s return to the team seems to have
changed that though.
The IPL Fantasy League enthusiasts may be wondering about the best-possible combination for today’s match.
Taking into account the pitch that the match will be played on in Jaipur, there will be plenty of pace. Watson is expected to do extremely well in these conditions, both with the bat and, if he gets a green signal from his physician, with the ball. He should
definitely be in your team. Another player from the Rajasthan Royals that you must have in your team today is James Faulkner, who has been doing amazing things with the ball so far in the tournament.
From the Hyderabad Sunrisers’ side, Dhawan, Perera, Steyn and Mishra are all excellent choices. You can either go for all four, or go with Dhawan and Perera only if you are short of transfers.
