ESTENAPOLOUS??? related to the Queen of England uk???

Hi there I am filipino and I am living in the UK, when I was in the Philippines one of my great grandma said one of my mum's cousin has a surname called "Estenapolous" and has married a relative of the QUEEN OF ENGLAND and now i am not sure if any of you out there know any surname "Estenapolous" related to the royal family(not sure about the spelling of the surname but the way you pronounce it is right). It would be an honour if I could be intouch with them...thanks
