WOULD A INFNANT BE ALLOWED TO TRAVEL FROM EUROSTAR ENGLAND TO FRANCE, WITH AN EXPIRED PASSPORT BY ONLY 1 MONTH!!!!!

  1. No it wouldn't be legal .


  2. All passengers, including infants, are required to have either their own VALID passport. (or national identity card for French and Belgium passengers)

  3. How old is the 'infant'?  Passports issued to babies are valid for five (5) years.  If the child is still considered an infant, then the passport could not have expired.  

    However, if the child is over 5 years, and you've allowed the passport to expire, no the child can't travel.

  4. No one can legally travel with an expired passport, infant or not...

    However, not too sure about an Infnant...maybe there's a special dispensation for them...what ever they are!!!

  5. No all passports must be current. Also under 12s are not allowed as passengers on the freight service.

  7. No you will need to get a new passport for him/her. As i doesn't matter wether they a infant or a adult
