EUROVOX not working since tuesday?

HI THERE MY EUROVOX HAS STOPPED WORKING .. SCREEN SAY UPDATING CODE AND JUST SITS THERE FOR HOURS..

DID A FULL SCAN AND IT PICKS UP ALL CHANNEL..BUT ONLY CHANNEL 1-5 WORK.. ALL OTHER CHANNELS SEEN BLOCKED... ANY HELP???? ANYONE know of an update code for nottingham area

no free tv for all bullshit new n3 card cracked may have taken me a week but all up an running so you whiz kids can kiss my a*s step by step instructions for all eurovox's thanks to inside info where there's a programe there's a loop firmware and codes available

virgin media have turned the signal off/ changed it,,they sent out new cards to all customers which were the new n3 card which you can chip or copy, which makes the eurovox not work any more. fullstop

Ive just tried entering all those codes into my box and did exactly what guest5013 did and it still says all channels are scrambled, even the free ones.

Any help would be deeply appreciated

euro box has not been working since tuesday it would not reboot only giving me the normal channels virgin is coming into the house bristol area any ideas or help ?

Sorry mate but the instruction you have given aren't clear, after i went to menu there is no specific drop down that says settings. My box model is ex5100.

Please help
