  1. I guess you mean relatively large compared to the particles involved.

The fabric of spacetime, whatever that is?

  2. i guess it s nothing but an energy field because the the fast movement of the electrons produce an energy which pushs the elcetron away from the nucleus and since the protons in the nucleus are positvely charged and the electrons are negatively charged they attract each other. so because of these two energies that canceling each other out and make the atom neutral it stays the way it does. i mean just hanging togthter and proceeding its movement. if these twn energies hadnt exsisted then because of the movement of the electrons they would have seprated from the nucleus, And if the proton and electron werent oppositely charged then they wouldnt attract each other all all and the atom we know would cease to exsist, thus the elements would cease to exsist thus matter would cease to exsist. and since everything is matter. nothing would exsist.  who amazing and wonderful is creation, isnt it ? and yet some ppl fail to notice GOD in everything.

  3. Obviously, you are not a golfer.

  4. well it depends on which scale ur looking at. In the macroscopic scale no its not a vacuum. In the subatomic scale there is two ways of picturing nucleas and electrons. as tiny points or as wavelengths. if u think of it as wavelengths then there is no space. if u think of it as point particles then there may be many things in that space such as light waves because the copenhagen interpretation of quantam mechanics by neils bohr tells us that photons are much bigger than electrons so in that scale thinhs like light travel in waves instead of traveling as photons

  5. Well elecrtons an nucleons are the constituents of matter, so the space in between them has no matter in it, though in quantum physics, there is no space between the nucleus and the electrons. The electrons only exist as a wavefunction and this wave function pervades the space between nucleus and electrons but i think the wavefunction does not mean it isn't a vaccum.
