EVERYONE PLEASE!!! fitness on a cruise?

hey, im going on a royal caribbean cruise this summer. (liberty of the seas; freedom class) i know that there is a fitness center on the cruise for people to exercise. is there an age limit to get in? i do xc so i want to be able to use the track, treadmills, bikes and stuff. will i be able to?

is it even a good fitness center?

if there is an age limit what is it???

I have cruised on the Freedom of the seas and that ship has the absolute best gymnasium that you will find on any ship anywhere.  It has all of the different types of weight machines, exercise machines, and free weights.  The exercise machines, like the steppers, ellipticals, and treadmills, have their own TV screen so you can watch any channel you want while using them.  There is a boxing ring with some type high tech machine that measures your punching power.  There are steam rooms and saunas and a huge hot tub right in the gym.  And the gym is on the front of the ship so you can watch the ocean while you exercise.

    I think that you have to be age 16 or older to use the gym but there is never anyone there checking ID so if you are 14 and/or go in with a parent you will likely be OK.
