Is this a good card? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130318 I bought this card to replace a Radeon Xstasy X1300 which was 10 dollars more because I bought it for a low profile computer but didnt put it in it.

You can see my old card here to compare it.

  1. Yes, it's a very good card.

  2. The 8800GT is significantly better...

Make sure your power supply can handle the upgrade. You'll want at least 20 amps on the 12 volt rails. By 20 amps, I mean 20 amps sustained, not in a burst. Not all power supply will honestly live up to their ratings.

  3. Its an ok card. If you want something good all round get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...

Its ownage. Like the other person said, make sure your power supply can handle it. I like to get 600W for my computers, then you don't have to worry unless you go all out with everything.

  4. Info on the ATI Radeon X1300:

Info on the Evga GeForce 8800GT, with 512MB's of GDDR3 graphics ram, and a 256bit interface.

Check the spec's on both cards. Memory Clock, etc. It's like comparing a Chevy station wagon to a Corvette! (Evga GeForce is the Corvette!)
