EVITCTION OF WOMAN AND TWO CHILDREN

EVICTION pending on tenants in apt. she claims she doesnt have to pay this months rent because i'm evicting her. is this true? My wife n I have tried to help her for over six months and she refuses to get off her but and seek help (PUBLIC ASSISTANCE) and has constantly lied to us when it came to paying her rent

depends where you live, you didnt even say your country..

rules/laws are different everywhere

if she paid "FIRST AND LAST MONTHS RENT" when she moved in.. then she is correct and doesnt  have to pay you for this month if its her last.
