I WA WORKING AS A MEDICAL ASSISTANT AND NOW MY GOAL IS TO BECOME A R.N. BUT PEOPLE ARE TELLING ME THAT I NEED TO BECOME A LVN TO BECOME A R.N THEN IF I WANT A BSN..... IS THAT TRUE?

  1. Basically you're a licensed practical nurse. You have enough training to provide routine care for the sick but you're not an RN Yet. In fact, you work under the supervision of the RN. To become a RN yourself, you would have to continue your LVN career for a while.
