The address is a real one, but the company is not listed in the Royal Mail (post office) website at that address:

The only other reference I could find to Expree Link Travels was

http://www.data-wales.co.uk/nigerian.htm (indicating there is fraud checking activity)

You are being scammed.  No genuine company would use a Yahoo.co.uk email address.
