EXTREMELY unfair hotel manager!!!!

Ok so im at a hotel right now with my 2 children (12)&(7) and my sister since we're on vacation. The manager of the hotel said they received a complaint that my daughter (12) @ 8:00a.m took all the breakfast muffins and orange juice in the lobby and threw them on the floor causing a teen to slip (& she is totally fine)...first of all my daughter is allergic to the dairy in the muffins and she can't even have them or touch them and second she wasn't even in the lobby at 8:00 a.m. because she was with me in our hotel room! the manager doesn't believe me and is kicking us out & CALLING A LOCAL JUVENILE DELINQUENT CENTER AND REPORTING MY DAUGHTER for NO reason. we don't even live in this state!!!! obviously some other child did this and they are getting my daughter mixed up with this child. how can i prove its not her?! and is this fair? i feel so bad for my daughter!!!

  1. As a hotel manager, I'm shocked.  First of all, the lobby should have video cameras that will simply prove one way or another what child was in the lobby, case closed.

    If there is no video footage there is no physical proof that it was in fact your daughter.  

    That said however, I wouldn't want to give $$$ to such a run hotel, I would relocate anyway, just so you could enjoy your vacation.

    But I'm so sorry for the way you've been treated, get the video footage!


  2. With all details do give a complaint to the police against the hotel manager clearly mentioning the some other girl who is there and blaming my daughter,

  5. ask for cctv proof of that day, at the time he says your kid did it. he has no right to treat your guests like it.
