EYE PROBLEM???help?

hi, im 15 and i have terible vision. i recently got 570 and a 630 for prescription lenses. am i gonna be blind when i get older?? is this reversible in anyway?? its only gone up about 10 points in each eye from last year. what can i do to make my vision better. plz help. i dont wanna be blind!!!

Calm down. I have -6.00 in both eyes. You will most likely not become blind. It's reversible through laser eye surgery, which you can get at eighteen. You honestly have nothing to fear. My prescription has jumped as much as -.5 (which is huge) in a single year and I'm still able to see just fine. If you want to improve your vision, carrots will help to an extent, but you  can't do much by way of a complete fix until you turn at least 18.
