  1. Depends on person actually, if you feel/sense your eyes getting dry, too bright, little dizzy, open so big, and getting blurred whenn when you peek a view to other view from the computer then you need to stop and rest your both eyes with plain warm water a glass or two maybe three depends on you while looking out the long lost far away view especially bright green in the day. Make sure you eat carrot a lot which consists a lot much of vitamin A for your best vision of your beautiful eyes. Enough sleep in the dark and wash your eyes with clean plain water or anything available for eyes cleanses. :). Take care. :).

  2. You should not sit in front of the computer for than two hours at a time.

Just so you know I am an artist and I do wear contacts. Its not the worst thing that could happen.

  3. There is no way to guarantee that you will have clear vision for life.  Your eyes will change as you grow, and almost everyone will end up needing reading glasses when he or she is older.

Your computer will not damage your vision.  Screens may cause eyestrain, fatigue, or headaches but do not cause any permanent changes.

And if your vision does end up needing to be corrected with glasses or contacts, just be thankful that you are able to have clear vision, as there are people who are unable to do so.
