Each time I have to

each time I have to do an update of any game when I log online....the download will go to about 5- 15% then it will disconnect or just stall. Sometimes after it disconnects it will complete the download offline and then I can play the game online...but right now I am trying to download 20MG for the new NBA live game...have been trying nonstop for 4 hours and can't get past 12%! I have been told if I switch from my Linksys wireless router to Dlink my problem will disappear too!? HELP....Totally Frustrated!!
