Ear Lobe piercing question?

I got a piercing and i got some hyptrophic scarring i had it about 1 week into my piercing and it hasnt grown and it very tiny and i had the piercing for 6 weeks so i think its healed. If i take the earring out would the bump stop the earring from going thru my ear if i wanna change my earring ?

it shouldn't. if you clean your ear with salt water, it could help the bump. but as for changing your earrings, it shouldn't affect it.
