Ear Problem??? HELP!!!!!!! BEST ANSWER!!?

Question

okay so today my friend went to the doctor and the doctor was cleaning out her ears and she shoved the Q-TIP in way to far and all of a sudden my friend couldnt hear anything out of that ear and she still cant! She called the doctor and she said it was just ear wax back in there that dosent want to come out! What is something that she can do to make her hear again out of that ear?? Answer that really works will get BEST ANSWER!!!

The doctor may have ruptured her tympanic membrane.  While it can grow back on its own, I would recommend her seeing someone else to look inside that ear and verify that is what happened.  If so, she will need to avoid getting any water in that ear to protect her from an ear infection.
