Ear lobe piercing swollen help ?

i got my ear lobes pierced 3 days ago ive been cleaning it propertly but my right ear lobe is swollen and its so swollen that the earing is squishing my ear and i dont know what to do. the earing is already as lose as it can get. and its not infected because there is no puss or blood.. and plus im not allergic to the earing because i have 6 other piercings and they are all that same matiral..

Also one more thing i know that its not because of sleeping on it because i sleep on the opposite side and that ear is doing just fine..

should i change the earing to a hoop so it stops squishing it? i heard if i change it too early it can ruin the whole healing process and it will get worse.

how long should the swelling take to go down and what should i do?

it also hurts from because of the earing squishing it.

it is infected, just because there is no blood or puss doesn't mean its not unfected.
