Ear pierced for about 2 weeks

I have had my ears pierced for about 2 weeks. I can't where errings in at school. I've seen people put this little stick like thing into their ear. What is that called so i can put one in?

you can go to Claires accessories and get a hypoallergenic clear plastic sheath to put in your piercing to keep it open and they are not visible unless you are really looking for them...some people who are allergic to metal use these and then stick the earring right through the plastic.

idk but I reccomened the ear cleaning liquid at stores

i'm not sure what thats called , but i couldnt have earings in for my recital so i just put band aids on them. it worked!
