Ear piercing help plz!!!?

i want to get a second ear piercing....right next to the one on my earlobe.my mom isnt very supportive and i need some ways to convince her that it is safe

Getting it pierced right next to your first ear piercing is basically the same as the first one. Tell her that. But if she doesn't agree, then I think you should wait a bit...

i think she'll already know that its safe if youve already got one done..

she's probably thinking ahead to when youre a older... nobody likes a tacky granny

it looks fine now, but when youre older its not going to look that nice.. (even if you take the earring out youll have saggy holes...)

I work at Claire's. Go there. Now- read everything I wrote and then say it to your mother in your cutest "I love you mom" voice. :)

They train us very well at Claire's on how to do ear lobe and cartilage piercings.

We read a 100 page diagnostics booklet about the piercing, the jewelry, the ear piercing system, how to handle any issues, etc.

We then observe several piercings as they are done by a certified piercer.

We then assist in marking/disinfecting the customer's ears as we are observed by a trained associate.

We then complete several ear piercings solo while being observed by a trained associate.

Claire's has pierced OVER 80 MILLION ears.

Piercing Pagoda has done 28 million.

If they are so much better, or if a tattoo parlor was, then why have we done so many effective yet gentle piercings?

Also- we disinfect all of our equipment using a combination of Alcohol Prep Pads and Benza Cloride. We use single-use gloves and clean everything before and after we use it.

Our earrings a pre-packaged, pre-sterilized and come from a lab based in the U.S.A.

I think 2 piercings in each each is kind of classy chic. It is cute to wear a stud in the top hole and a dangly or hoop earring in the bottom. Tell her that. I have four holes in each ear, and i really like them.

Uh, tell her you already have your earlobe pierced so obviously it is safe? Honestly, it isn't that big of a deal. I didn't get permission for mine and I just went ahead and did it. She'll probably be relieved that your only "rebellion" is piercing another earlobe and not your lip, etc..

"see mom..i told ya it was safe,i'm not crying..."

that should do the trick...
