Earliest bus in venice?

I'm plan to go to venice then rome using ryan air early flight (9 am). the shuttle bus to Trevisio from maestre will be leaving at 5.55 am....

so, i would like to know when the bus will start operating in maestre on monday. Please tell me

The 5:55 bus (5 euro) from the Mestre train station is the earliest one.  It's timed for departure of the 8 am flight to Ciampino airport in Rome. Note that 9 am is your arrival time in Rome. After the train station, there's one other stop in Mestre and then it goes directly to the airport. It's a 45 minute trip from the Mestre station to the airport. This gets you there an hour and twenty minutes before departure. The airport in Treviso is very small, this will be plenty of time for your flight.

The other alternative would be to take a train from Mestre to Treviso Centrale and then get a cab to the airport. The train takes about 20 minutes. The earliest one leaves Mestre at 5:12 am. This would be more expensive overall with the cab fare - the train portion is 2.35 euro.
