Early 2000's cartoon show like the animaniacs

i cant remember the name of the show but i had a similar drawing style and humor like the animaniacs i remember it was on the WB network.

there was this weird scientist guy and some Einstein guy and some annoying creature or kids cant remember.

i remember one scene they were making fun of the underground railroad and putting it in a literal context and Harriet Tubman getting pissed off and some kids or creatures (cant remember what they looked like) and she was trying to catch the train and she was yelling "who are you"

i think the logo of the show had like a globe in the middle and i think the title include a number maybe.

thats all i got please help :)
