Early Childhood Class Assignment?

The assignment is to write a four to five hundred word article for a family newsletter on one aspect of illness or injury prevention. Does anyone have any good ideas on what I should write about

An illness prevention could be the importance of washing your hand.  An injury prevention could be the importance of having cupboard locks, drawer locks, safety gates on stairs, etc.

Anaphalaxis is one that is always a concern in preschools and schools and you should be able to find a ton of information about it.  Best of luck with your paper.
