Early General Education Help??

right now i'm a high school student and i want to take some college courses as in general ed b/c i wanna get that out of the way, is there any tips u can give me? and i'm wondering if i can taking some courses while i'm in while high school, not the summer

Yes.

A good thing to do is sign up for general ed courses at your local community college.   No entry or age restrictions there.
