Early child education...

Question

what are the requirements to be a kindergarten/pre-school teacher in vancouver, Canada? what kinds of degree or certificates do I need? and where can I find those programs?

ok well with an ECE diploma u can teach up to kindergarted...HOWEVER because u have not gone thru the university process u may not be payed what a normal teacher would be payed, but instead be payed what someone working in a daycare would be. depends on the establishment.

algonquin college has ECE im sure u can find others online.

if u are worried about taking ur ece and still possibly wanting to go further u will need to get a bachelor of arts, and then go for teachers college, which is what i am in the process of doing right now
