Early decision college

is it possible to apply to more than one school for early decision? cuz i know that if you get accepted you HAVE to go to that school

  1. uh no. early decision is only for one college only. that's why it's called early decision. if you do more than one early decision and the colleges find out (because most colleges that you'd apply to share information with one another) you get blacklisted and that's not a good thing.

    they start like unaccepting you applicition and etc. charging you with giving false information.

    yeah. so pick one school only for early decision!!!

    but if the colleges have the early ACTION option you can do more than one.

    early action is like early decision but non binding. you just hear back early. schools like university of chicago and university of massachusetts amherst do this and fill most of their student body with it. it's great.

  2. Nope, you can only apply to one school early decision, but you can still apply to other schools early.  For instance, it would be smart to start sending in applications now because you'll have a better chance of getting in.
