I lost my virginity at the age of 14, my mom said that this could prevent me from having kids, is this true?

It has nothing to do with in.  Infertility is based on may things and loosing your virginity at that age is not one of them unless there was damage to the uterus, cervix or your tubes by an STD.  She may be trying to scare you or punish you for having s*x at such a young age.  Just let her believe what she wants to believe.  In the mean time wait many, many years to prove her wrong.  Take care of yourself if you plan on being sexually active.
