WOW, I am so amazed at the reponses of negativity here.  There are some issues regarding cost.  I don't think you can get a formal job at a lcoation without some costs - think about it, gas for transportation, public transportation costs, lunch, work attire/uniform, social activities, let's not forget education, certification to obtain the job you want.

In the same vein with work at home jobs - although, I do KNOW what you are asking and I will HELP.  Although, I pay a monthly free to access a job board, I ahve earned valuable clients and will soon remove myself as I have repeat work from outside clients, references from doing superior work.  Those sites are Elance, Guru, etc...
