will they be turning off the power at the hockey games(NHL) arena tonight for the earth hour at 8PM

If they don't turn the power down, part of the hockey rink my break off causing water levels in all the oceans to rise 20 feet overnight.... oh wait, sorry, that was a Democrat answer.. lol

Hopefully they don't. Well they have ice floors so that should counteract global warming for that specific room/

I don't know where you guys live, but its been cold enough around here (Michigan)  the last few months to play hockey on our lakes until July, so no power needed. Ice over 2 feet thick, snow depth at 28 inches, heck, I believe we should all turn our lights on tonite to help warm things back up to normal and bring spring back. Keep your stick on the ice!
