Earthquake on Cali in near future?

Because of this, how do you think it'll affect California's economy?

What about real estates, will they drop or increase due to people who may move to other states, due to the earthquake. Or will it rise because less people are inhabitating the state and people will start working harder to gain more money?

The fear of earthquakes has not had much of an effect in the past, and I doubt it will in the future.
