well we did all laugh about it in the office,but  then we worried, cause we couldn't get in touch with anyone we knew, to see if they were okay-so it wasn't fun

I fail to see what is funny about that.......would you think it was funny if people got killed... From the UK.

I suppose you need to have a good dose of fatalism or gallows humour, living in California, because the next one could kill you and/or your family or friends. I'd rather live without that sort of "fun", thanks - the crazy drivers on the highway near us are dangerous enough!
